Here’s four action steps to ensure your child gets the best results regardless of their high school preparation.

Over the course of this article series I discussed various reasons why most high schools are ill-equipped to get your child the college success you desire. And, truth be told, high schools were not designed to guarantee students college admissions and scholarships.

High schools are vehicles to get students high school diplomas. Beyond that credential, everything else is a perk.

While you can’t control how great your child’s school is at getting them to and through college, you can control how your child shows up as a candidate for selective colleges and scholarship panels.

Over the past decade, my work life has been dedicated to this very objective — turning students into scholars for maximum college success.
